Being a Leader is not an easy job, but how we become a true leader? And what is the essence of Leadership? The questions that slowly come up with my mind.

Everyone is a leader in our own way. Whether we lead a certain business, country, families, group of friends or just ourselves. We are all leaders in different forms and fashion. If we work and improve to be a leader we can enlarge our capacity and inspire people.

We can be a true leader, for me these are the things that a leader should consider.

Learn from your mistakes. Being a leader doesn't need to be perfect we need to learn also from our own mistakes because we can use it to lead and know what we need to do because of that mistakes we can do better.

Earn their trust. Trust is very important to become a true leader because how can you lead your group if you are not trustworthy. Prove them that you can lead and be a good leader.

Associate yourself with other people. This is also important because if we associate ourselves with other we can have a better communication with them and it will cause of good relationship with them and we can manage to lead them easily.

Do your best to lead them. You don't need to be a perfect leader just do your best to lead because giving our best in what actions we do is much bettee than pushing ourselves to lead them in our expectations.

Equal treatment for people. This is one of the things we need to consider to become a true leader. Give them the equal treatment they deserve. As long as it's good for us there is no problem of treating them equally. 

Reach your goal as a leader. Don't just reach your own goal but also your goal for your group. This goals are also your target to develop and improve your control to your group.

Speak for the truth. Many people want a genuine leader and you need to do that. This will also improve your sincere heart to speak the truth about the status of the group you're controling. 

Hear other people suggestion. This  is something that the leader also need to consider. Your willingness to hear what others want to say without rushing to judgment. They are patient and genuine in their desire to understand the thoughts and feelings they want to suggest to you. Sometimes, they know actions and steps will abide by, regardless of the circumstances they face. 

Influence other people to become a Leader. A leader used to be a follower and that's what you can also teach and encourge other to start being a follower because Tom Peters once quotes, "True Leaders Don't create followers. They create more Leaders."

Protect what group you lead. This is also important because protecting your group is like protecting your love ones. Show your love to them and don't do bad actions that will affect them.

Through these things I create the L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P in my own definition. These are the things that needs to be considered and to be learned to become a true Leader.

Nevertheless, the most important part to become a leader is your heart that is willing to serve and fight for your group. Your bravest ability to develop and lead them.

We all have room to improve as leaders, but our ultimate goal should be the same: To be leaders who are loved, admired, and respected by the people we lead as we motivate and inspire those people to achieve their full potential.

"Live life to the fullest"

A quotation that make me think on how we can live to the fullest? Life is tragically short and in fact, we only live once. But if we think all the positive branches of life we will never mind that we only live once. God gave us the greatest gift of all and that's life and He can also take it away easily from us. The next thing we have is time. This is also a gift bestowed to us because every day we live, brings us closer to our last. 

Most of us don't even think how many years, months, weeks, days or even a minute left in our living here on Earth but aside from that we have our mission or purpose to do before we walk through our death. These are the things we need to treasure to find the true meaning of life. We need to fulfill missed opportunities towards our loved ones, relatives and friends. 

One of the things we need to do is to decide in our life in the right way because some of us fastly decide without thinking the outcome of everything they do This is something we need to consider to do what's right for us. Don't do what people want you to do because at the end of the day, you're the only one who will decide for your life. Do what makes you feel happy but always know your boundaries. Take a risk, because not all people taking risk in opportunities. No regrets in life if we take all the chances. Mind your present living because our past is the reason why we learn and the future is the thing we need to work on. It's okay to think the past and the future but most particurlary dwell in the present.

Show and tell to your love ones that you love them.  Our family is the first we loved. Show love to everyone. Love is the most poweful emotion we have. So don't waste your time having regrets, fears, and so many negative perspectives. Help other people, not because you need to but because youd kind heart want to because helping others is more fulfilling than anything else. It's a way of speaking through our actions. And also, open our mind to whatever happens around us, because the more we open our mind, the more we can understand life. Ignore all the haters and stick to all the people who love us as who we are.

Lastly, cherish every moment you live because we can't bring back the time or that moment. Don't wait for your moment, work for your moment to live and fulfill your happiness at the end of the day. Life doesn’t work like a movie. It’s filled with gray areas. Trust your instincts. Do whatever you want as long as you can look yourself in the mirror. Living to the fullest is something that we can't explain but it something that we can explore.

The Resiliency of a True Filipino

“It's more fun in the Philippines.”

The sayings that most of the people know about the Philippines. The beautiful infrastructures, different cultures, amazing tourist spots, and famous delicious delicacies. Filipino is known for being hospitable, helpful, and kind. Characteristics that we can see and notice in Filipinos. But aside from these characteristics what I love the most about Filipinos is being resilient despite of desperation and devastation. Every day is a big challenge for the Filipinos and it is not easy to cope up and survive, however their smiles pave away the sadness on their faces, the compassion of their heart to do and to work don't know how to give up, and it became the unique identity of the Filipinos.

Ever since, the Filipinos are tested by countless calamities; volcanic eruption, landslide, earthquake, flash flood, typhoon etc. These natural disasters challenged the Filipinos to become strong human beings. These are the traits that Batangueños showed in the current volcanic eruption of Taal Volcano. All of the people were shocked and didn't expect that the said event will happen. Batangas is known for their famous Kapeng Barako besides of that is the resiliency of the different families from various communities in Batangas is irresistible because everyone have the will to help, they volunteer, gave donations, and their camaraderie as a Batangueño and that's the spirit of a true Filipino, the way they act after the eruption to overcome the fear is very immeasurable. If this spirit would become the mindset of all people, I think they can improve and be on top of the world's strongest countries. 

But the problem with Filipinos is their complacency, laziness, and selfishness. They know the problem, but no one can do anything. Filipino should have their part to do something and change in their own little way.

And because of this our faith, hope, unity and resiliency has been proven and tested. The true spirit of every Filipino is within every catastrophe they've experienced, they are still resilient. So many people suffered, lost and failed in life but came and stand strongest. Despite of the traumatic events and fright they experienced suddenly turned into positivism. They helped each other and moved us one and because of that, the problems they're experiencing will little by little change into positive one. The concept of resiliency is the asset of the Filipino to cope up those calamities, and we need to have this spirit in any situation and circumstances in life.

Education will never fade

I remember the time when my Teacher said "Studying is more joyful than working" and all of us have been quiet for a moment while reflecting on it, because the simple word that we only need to do is to "Study". Why am I telling this story because we are living in the 21st Century, the new generation and where we are living right now. Education is important in each and everyone. This is the only thing that more likely we invest and spend our time. On the other hand, Education is the stepping stone to achieve success. The 21st Century Education treat us to develop our skills and have confidence to used those skills we have. School is the root where we learn and explore more about the different aspects around us. In addition, education is a privilege for us to be educated and, to learn and experience lot of things.

A quotation once said, Education is the most powerful weapon that you can use to change the world. One of the factors why we need to value education is that we can be an agent of change through the use of education. If we all achieved our dreams and vision of establishing importance in education, we can actually change the world. And Nelson Madela believed that we are the future's change. We need to be responsible in every actions that we do, in spite of difficulties we should continue pursuing education because no one can take this away from you.

We are the generation of innovation and we should use these advancements for the betterment of the quality education we have today.

My parents always told me that the only treasure that they can give is education. It is the only thing that can't be stole by other people. It will not fade even our souls leave this world. And lastly I want to encourage each and everyone to be educated it is important because it will change your life and just like what Miss Arriella Arida said that "Education is the ticket to success".

Hobby turned into Passion

The first time that I encountered this thing, it gave me the opportunity to express myself. Also, developed my confidence. I've never imagine myself doing new things. When I was young, I only knew simple routines in life, grow and study, and that's it. This generation change my life routine. I discovered a lot of things, like communicating with others, using technology for browsing updated news. Innovation of technology improves a lot and it became easier to use. I'm like a snail, slowly adapting and catching the new world. I don't even know because of clicking new things, I learned more about different aspects of life. 

But along my journey in life, my brain, hands, eyes and basically my whole body brought me to this thing. This is became my stress reliever, my buddy or should I say my passion. Because of my curiosity I found out that this thing is something different and enjoyable to do and to use. Because of this social media platform, I tried something new in my life. But it took time to fully understand and adopt what is new about this thing. I just had a flashback the first time I used this thing. Noob and a beginner, I laughed so loud at myself because of what I did. Even the loneliest person in the world can feel the enjoyment and happiness of what I've experience from this thing. I'm just a normal person who never expect that my skills will bring me to these things. And because of this thing, I learned how to be creative and to think differently. This thing also established rapport and communication with others.

This thing is my morning exercise because, in every morning this is more fun and most likely to do. TikTok a simple application yet became a part of my life now. A year of using and exposing in this application is such an amazing experience, a roller coaster exploration. I call myself as "Tiktoker" the user of TikTok. I can't imagine the time when I'm just scrolling and browsing on social network until I discovered this, an application that I will never regret installing. Some people don't understand what I'm saying but for me it doesn't really matter, what matters the most is what I learned and experienced from this application. My skills also developed here like singing, dancing, acting, lip syncing, etc. Sometimes, I dreamed to become an artist, and I think I'm an artist in TikTok on my own.

I can't see that this thing will turn into passion. I think because I embraced it with all my heart. And now, I will continue using this application, inspiring many people to not waste their time to things that does not give them enjoyment.

Make it simple but in a creative, colorful and positive way.
